Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–6 business days (depending on courier and location)

Shipping is 100% free across Pakistan.
There are no hidden shipping or handling charges.

Engraved Products
Engraved Littmann stethoscopes are final sale.
These items cannot be exchanged or modified once processed.
Repair or Exchange Only (in case of issues)
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery:
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
The product may be eligible for repair or exchange after inspection.
The service or exchange process typically takes 5–7 business days once the item is received and reviewed.
